Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.

To access bk6667's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Accuracy of registration information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including the use of another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

KYC verification. bk6667 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment methods used to deposit funds. Promotional errors. Any bets placed with incorrectly credited bonus funds may be voided.

Bet acceptance. bk6667 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. A bet that appears to have been placed but for which no confirmation reference is generated has not been accepted and will not be settled.

Odds on live markets update in real time and reflect current match conditions. bk6667 is not liable for any delays between real-world match events and the update of live odds on the platform. In-play bets placed after the real-world event they relate to has occurred — due to feed delay or connectivity lag — will be voided.

Match abandonment and postponement. If a cricket match, football match, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before reaching the completion threshold defined in the relevant market rules, bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet, unless the market rules specify a different settlement procedure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bk6667. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances.

Any remaining real-money balance in your wallet (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

Funds on closure for cause. Where an account is closed by bk6667 due to a breach of these Terms, bk6667 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance. Specifically, any winnings derived from bets placed in breach of these Terms, and any bonus funds that were credited but not legitimately earned, may be forfeited. Deposits made in good faith by players whose only breach is a minor technical violation will be returned at bk6667's discretion.

Self-exclusion. Players who self-exclude through bk6667's responsible gaming tools will have their account access blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account; any new account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.
